Amsterdam Marriott Hotel

We all had an exquisite stay at this luxury hotel with exclusive amenities, such as the spa, sauna, and private facilities. the room advantages, including the comfortable bed and spaciousness, exceeded our expectations. the buffet breakfast was exceptional with delicious dishes that catered to specific dietary needs.

The staff at this hotel was generally helpful and friendly. there was a minor issue with the service when checking in, which could have been handled more smoothly.

I had an amazing stay at Marriott in Amsterdam. When I called to get directions from the Airport and information about Christmas Eve Mass, Jac at the Concierge desk was helpful. He recommended bus 397 for 6.50 euro from Schiphol directly to the hotel. He also told me about the Latin Mass with Gregorian chants and Christmas Carols at the nearby Jesuit Church, Krijtberg. The location is perfect, with all the sights and holiday lights within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were patient, excellent, and very cute. The M Club had great offerings for breakfast and evening bites. The only drawbacks were limited closet and luggage space in the room and a slightly confined shower. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Amsterdam.

All in all everything was perfect, had a perfectly pleasant stay in a long time. The room was both recently renovated and neat with a view, we liked it.

This hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to visit the famous museums and popular tourist attractions. It is conveniently situated near one of the main squares, providing easy access to all the excitement of the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated with designer decor, and the staff at the concierge desk are very helpful. Additionally, the M Club Lounge offers a great variety of food and drinks, and the gym is well-equipped for those who want to stay active.

The breakfast options can become a bit repetitive after a few days of staying at the hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to transportation and all the main tourist areas. I loved being able to walk to the bars and museums within minutes. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to museums and public transportation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The rain shower was a great addition to the bathroom amenities. the complimentary water bottles provided daily were a nice touch.

unfriendly staff in the bar, intentionally slow service because we were there with children. too many staff in the reception area or no staff at all. we had to queue for 15 minutes to get to the concierge (!! it's really a thing with the room price.

We had a great stay in a hotel located in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the tourist attractions. The staff was accommodating and even helped us in arranging a taxi to the airport. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious. the hotel had a nice view of the city skyline.

The housekeeping service could have been better.

I don't like the way of settlement, they charge the credit card for more than the stay, they do it in case of something... A deposit of 75 euros per day is a pure rip-off. When they charge the card they say that it is not a payment but a blockade, wanting not to, I can not use these funds. In that respect, I'm disappointed. Payments for breakfast or minibar or anything else should be settled at check-out, not block money in case I buy something.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Amsterdam for a few days. The staff at this hotel were truly amazing, providing exceptional service and friendliness throughout my stay. They went above and beyond for not only me, but also for many other guests. The gym facilities were great and one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Additionally, the location was perfect, with everything I wanted to explore or restaurants within a 20 to 30-minute walking distance. It was definitely worth the money and I can't wait to return.

I was kinda surprised by the excellent breakfast offerings at this hotel, with a wide variety of fresh food options. The servers were attentive and friendly, making it a great start to my day. The comfortable room and convenient location were also big pluses. I'd recommend Marriott for a stay in Amsterdam.

The room was comfortable with a great view of the city and the gym facilities were well-maintained. The location was very convenient with many attractions and shopping areas within walking distance. Public transport was easily accessible and there were options for renting bicycles. The hotel staff provided excellent service, especially at the bar where the server had been working for 27 years and knew our drink order after only a few nights. The food was reasonably priced and delicious.

It is well located near the Vah Gogh museum and Rijmuseum, a 15 minute walk from Dam Square. It was quiet despite giving our room to the street and being a second floor.

There were very few outlets: one between the two double beds and another in the corridor. With all the "electronic gadgets" it was very scarce. The table was very small and there was only a central table between the two beds. There were no towel racks for the washcloths. We had to put them on the counter.
